Why can't people see that? It's murder of something weaker than you. When Americans hear about a toddler being kidnapped or abused, they get angry because the child could not defend himself--but for some reason killing a little baby is okay because it works with their plans. It's not right!! On a more personal note- would you pray for a non-Christian friend of mine? She is only 17 and just found out she's pregnant. We've talked about what she is going to do- she does not think she can take care of it right now, and she is leaning toward adoption, but she just doesn't know what to do. This is a huge issue because she could potentially "make the problem go away." Pray that I can effectively show her the love of Christ and help her see the truth that this baby is a living, breathing creature- and I pray God will open her eyes to her own need of a Savior. I've been studying the humanistic ideologies that have been shaping thought for the last couple centuries, like evolution, and existentialism, and some of Freud's theories- they are hurting our world in so many ways. Throwing out The Truth, rationalizing murders of babies and other immoral acts in the medical field, encouraging genocides with their "survival of the fittest"... and so many people in the world just accept it.
